Bocado proudly presents a singular gastronomy event with Nova, a one Michelin star restaurant from Ourense, Galicia, Spain. This marks the first time a Spanish Michelin-starred restaurant visits Malaysia, offering an extraordinary opportunity to experience contemporary Galician cuisine on Malaysian soil.

Chefs and owners Julio Sotomayor and Daniel Guzmán, culinary cousins whose roots are deeply connected to the land and sea of Galicia, bringing their refined seasonal tasting menu to Kuala Lumpur. Their cuisine celebrates local produce, terroir, and the traditions of Galicia while showcasing modern technique and thoughtful expression. Nova’s menus change with the seasons and reflect an instinctive devotion to high-quality products, culinary authenticity, and craft.

This special evening will feature a six-course tasting menu, complemented by a curated wine or cocktail pairing, at RM438++ per guest. There will be two seatings : 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, and seats are limited.
